Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Admin for one of our prominent clients in the Oil & Gas sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations, handling employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and managing basic accounting and invoice tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR operations and provide administrative support.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding formalities, and payroll coordination.

  • Perform basic accounting entries and track invoices and payment records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant HR/admin experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Good understanding of HR procedures and basic accounting practices.

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
