We are looking for a Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our vehicles, heavy equipment, and construction machinery to ensure reliability, safety, and project readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of fleet, heavy equipment, and project vehicles.
🔹 Monitor daily operations, reduce downtime, and ensure equipment availability.
🔹 Manage workshop teams, mechanics, and operators effectively.
🔹 Ensure compliance with ADNOC/Client safety & quality standards.
🔹 Maintain maintenance logs, service history, and spare parts inventory.
🔹 Implement safe and efficient maintenance practices aligned with project needs.
Requirements:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
✅ 7–10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Heavy Equipment maintenance.
✅ Strong knowledge of cranes, forklifts, trucks, compressors, generators & construction machinery.
✅ Familiar with ADNOC or Oil & Gas industry standards.
✅ Strong leadership, troubleshooting & HSE awareness.
✅ UAE Driving License preferred.
