Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Admin for one of our prominent clients in the Oil & Gas sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations, handling employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and managing basic accounting and invoice tracking. Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR operations and provide administrative support.
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding formalities, and payroll coordination.
Perform basic accounting entries and track invoices and payment records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR/admin experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
Good understanding of HR procedures and basic accounting practices.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
